Manitoba

    •    Local and Municipal Programs

Low-interest financing added to property tax for solar or efficiency upgrades.

British Columbia

    •    BC Hydro Solar & Battery Rebate

Receive up to $5,000 for solar PV and an additional $5,000 for battery storage.

Typically $1,000 per installed kW (max 5 kW), up to 50% of project cost.

Renewable energy equipment is exempt from provincial sales tax (PST).

Ontario

    •    Home Renovation Savings Program

Homeowners can get $1,000 per installed kW (up to 50% of cost, $5,000 max) for solar PV, plus $300/kWh for battery storage.

    •    Home Energy Loan Program (HELP) – City of Toronto

Low-interest loans up to $125,000 for solar or home efficiency upgrades.

    •    Save On Energy Program

Supports both solar and energy storage solutions for residential customers.
